ESHS Group operates advanced facilities in Thailand and Myanmar, specializing in
injection molding, extrusion, and thermoforming for food-grade and industrial plastic
products.We use FDA-approved resins and ensure FDA-compliant final production, with materials that meet EU Regulation (EU) 10/2011 standards for food-contact plastics. Products can also be manufactured with over 30% recycled rPET content upon request to satisfy client-specific sustainability or regional compliance requirements.
Non-conforming materials and products that do not pass quality control are collected,
re-processed, and melted back into plastic resins for reuse, creating a closed-loop
manufacturing cycle that minimizes waste and maximizes resource efficiency.
